Service nature
Thydom is an online videogame set in the fictional Eternum galaxy of the Continuus Nexus. THY is an internal virtual token of prestige with no monetary value outside the service, not redeemable for real money, not transferable outside the game environment.
Acceptable conduct
Bots, exploits, hacking, reverse engineering, unauthorized multi-accounting, abusive behavior or spam are prohibited. Sanctions include account blocking, banning or deletion without right to refund.
Liability limitation
The owner is not liable for indirect damages, loss of progress, loss of THY/credits/resources due to technical failures, cyberattacks, force majeure or user error, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Applicable law
Spanish law applies. Competent Spanish courts have jurisdiction.
